About the owner

Standards set by service, kept on every visit.

Founded by Matt Laws, a U.S. military veteran who brought the same precision and follow-through from service into every lawn we touch.

Matt started Laws Lawn Care in 2008 after hanging up the uniform. The yard he grew up cutting became the first on the route — and the same standards still drive the crew today: show up when we say we will, do the work we agreed to, and never leave a job you wouldn't point out to a neighbor.

From weekly mowing to full landscape installs, the work is hands-on, the crew is small, and the owner is still on-site most days. If something isn't right, you hear back the same day — because that's how Matt would want it.

No contracts. You pay per visit for weekly/bi-weekly service and can cancel anytime with 7 days' notice. One-time services are paid in full when booked. We'll always confirm any change before we make it.
If it's actively raining hard or the lawn is too wet, we'll move you to the next clear day in your route — usually within 24–48 hours. You're never charged for a skipped visit.
Yes — fully licensed, bonded, and insured with A$2M general liability. We're happy to send a certificate of insurance to your Body Corporate or property manager on request.
Nope. Most of our clients aren't home during the day. Just leave the gate unlocked if you have one and we'll take care of the rest. You'll get a photo update within an hour of finishing.
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, Venmo, and check. Weekly clients are billed automatically the morning after service. One-time jobs are billed on completion.
Most new clients are on the schedule within 5 business days of their free site visit. Spring is our busiest season — book early for the best start date.
